Clark Wiz for macOS

These terms cover Clark Wiz, a macOS application distributed at wiz.wallach.cl.
Clark Wiz is provided free of charge, as is. It is a personal project, not a commercial product with a support contract. There is no warranty of any kind, no guarantee that it will work for your purposes, and no commitment to availability, updates or fixes.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the application, including lost or incorrect notes, missed recordings, or anything that follows from them. Treat its output as a draft to review, not as a record of authority.
Clark Wiz records meetings. Laws about recording conversations differ by country and by state, and many require the consent of everyone present. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you and for obtaining whatever consent they require. The application does not, and cannot, do that for you.
The same applies to your obligations to your employer, your clients and anyone else whose words you record.
You connect the app to your own Google account, and the permissions it uses are described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke them at any time.
If you choose a cloud AI provider, you supply your own API key and you are responsible for that account, its cost and its terms. Content you send to those providers is governed by their agreements with you, not by these terms.
Do not use Clark Wiz to record people unlawfully, or to process material you have no right to process. Do not redistribute the application as your own.
The download and update service at wiz.wallach.cl may change, move or stop without notice. An installed copy keeps working; only the ability to fetch updates depends on that site.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the application after that means you accept the revised terms.
